#NEGifted Scholarships & Grants
Supporting PK-12 Students and educators
The Nebraska Association for the Gifted will be awarding scholarship(s) for up to $250 for students in preschool through grade 11. Scholarships are awarded to students to encourage them to take advantage of educational opportunities. Enrichment, acceleration, or independent study opportunities will be considered.
There are three options to receive up to $500 dollars in funding from #NEGifted for Nebraska educators to enhance their education or fund programming for Nebraska Gifted Students. Teachers enrolled in graduate coursework in high-ability learner education can apply for tuition reimbursement. Teachers, home-school, and/or community leaders wishing to implement an innovative program for high-ability students can apply for funding. Educators who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills in the area of teaching high-ability learners by attending the NEGifted or National Association for the Gifted Annual Conference can apply to be considered for funds to cover registration and travel expenses for the conference.
